Our Story
The art of ancestry.
FloJoe’s started in a Ghanaian kitchen and grew up on the corner of 14th and U — a love letter from the diaspora, plated with intention.
We cook the way we were taught. Slow braises. Charred edges. Peppers that bite back. Then we plate it for the city we live in now, without shrinking any of the flavor on the way to the table.
Cook like home. Serve like it matters.
